She talked a lot, but Phoebe was very friendly and likable.

She was warm, friendly, and so incredibly beautiful, inside and out, Stephanie found it impossible not to like her. It felt like she'd been sucker punched, and before she even realized what was happening they had become friends.

Phoebe was almost infectious, and it wasn't long before just thinking about her made Stephanie smile.
